President and Founder
Selma is what one could call a lifetime learner. Each interaction over the course of her professional career has added depth and dynamics to her ability in assisting others. Having worked in a multitude of industries, Selma is well-versed in strategy and creating opportunity. Rather than keeping that information to herself, she created Clear River Consulting to share that knowledge with others.

In May 2014, Clear River Consulting was founded to support small business needs in Connecticut.
